Beats, grooves and chunky percussion. Lovely alternative techno.
Thefft is causing a bit of a stir at the moment, and it seems, for good reason. His lower-tempo, rhythmic creations are stuffed with percussive snaps and clicks designed to move the dancefloor, while his production intricacies command a closer listen on headphones.
Arguably the best of both worlds, there’s enough weight and groove from Jack’s “The Primer EP” to move you in a dark sweaty room, but there’s equally ample sound to hold your attention as you ride your daily commute.
Thefft has already seen support for his work from Zed Bias, Loefah, Oneman, Distal, Damu and more. Trust me, you’re not going to want to miss this boy’s work.
